About me

  • I possess a decade of experience in management.
  • "My leadership journey began during my third year at university, when I was elected President of the Student Union at Eötvös Loránd University (ELTE). It was the best leadership training I have ever participated in: I had to make decisions in cooperation with about 30 student government representatives from different majors. I was re-elected to this position twice.
  • Subsequently, I served as the founding director of the ELTE Career Centre for five years. Established in 2007 under the direct supervision of the Rector, this organization continues to provide comprehensive services to the university community.
  • Parallel to my management career, I completed my doctorate in organizational and leadership psychology. I conducted research and taught during my studies. My academic and management experience shaped my professional work, and I incorporated the latest international developments into my practice. For three years in the doctoral program, I taught social psychology and communication skills to psychology students at ELTE.
  • In 2012, I took on the leadership of the Higher Education Planning Centre a new professional and methodological centre under the Deputy State Secretary for Higher Education. It supported data-based decision-making in managing the higher education sector. I managed the centre, funded by the project budget, for two years. In 2013, I was invited to join State Secretary Prof. Dr. István Klinghammer, as Chief of Staff. My first task was to resolve the student protests professionally and permanently at the end of 2012 and early 2013. I then coordinated the legislative amendments related to it.  Concurrently , I established the operational structure of the independent State Secretariat for Higher Education. I led the team that developed the sectoral strategy, conducted policy consultations, and coordinated annual financial planning in line with it.
  • I have been conducting organizational development training courses and workshops and working as a management consultant for 10 years.
  • I have prepared and implemented organizational diagnoses and intervention proposals that address specific challenges for several organizations. I manage the transition of senior and middle managers by designing tailored onboarding and integration processes, followed by coaching, consultations, and workshops to ensure their success. My consulting services are focused on enabling company management to achieve its strategic goals through targeted workshops and training sessions.
